We do not sell personal information.

3) Cookies & Analytics

We use analytics/performance cookies to understand traffic and improve the Site, including:

  • Google Analytics

4) Data Location & Cross-Border Processing

  • Primary data location (our infrastructure): We deploy our core Site infrastructure and databases in Canada. Data at rest that we control is stored in Canada.
  • Third-party processing: Some providers (e.g., analytics partners) may process information outside Canada (including the United States and other countries). When this occurs, your information may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

We use contractual and technical measures with service providers and choose reputable providers; however, cross-border transfers may mean your information is accessible to foreign authorities.

We rely on consent for analytics cookies. By using the Site after being presented with this Notice (and, where applicable, a cookie banner), you consent to our use of cookies and to the processing described here. You can withdraw consent at any time by adjusting browser settings to block cookies and/or using the opt-out tools noted above.

We may also process information where permitted or required by law (e.g., security, fraud prevention, or compliance).

6) Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes above or as required by law, then securely delete or anonymize it. Third-party analytics tools apply their own retention schedules.

7) Safeguards

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards proportionate to the sensitivity of the information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; risks cannot be eliminated.

8) Your Rights & Choices

Under PIPEDA, you may:
